to Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, the
UK, Japan, the USA, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Korea,
Israel and Luxemburg.
Has performed at renowned opera houses such as the Metropolitan
Opera (11 seasons), the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, La Scala,
the Chicago Lyric Opera and the Academy Santa Cecilia and has taken
part in the Salzburg Festival.
Phillips audio and video recordings include The Queen of Spades,
Sadko, Iolanta, La forza del destino, Mazepa, Prince Igor and Boris
Godunov (Philips Classics, NHK).
Mr. Putilin recently sang Tomsky “Pique Dame” in Lyon. In
the future, he will sing the title role in the new Teatr Wielki
production of ”Boris Godunov” ( production by Mariusz
Treliński) at the end of Ocotber 2009. Thsi production
will also have performances in December 2009 and three additional
performances in 2010.
