
Biography
Born in Belarus in 1974
Graduated from the Minsk Academy of Music (class of Prof. A.M. Generalov)
in 1999
Made his debut at the Byelorussian National Opera as Eugene Onegin
(Eugene Onegin) and became a member of the company (1997-99).

• 1st prize of the International Lyisenko Competition (1997)
• 1st prize of the International Rimsky-Korsakov Competition (2000)
• Grand-Prix of the International Moniuszko Competition (2004)

Karamazov ).
Mr. Moroz has toured with the Mariinsky in Israel, UK, USA, China,
Italy, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Finland, Spain, Japan, and
France.
With Mariinsky Theatre Mr. Moroz has performed: Prince
Andrei Bolkonsky (War and Peace, Anna Netrebko as Natasha) at Covent
Garden (2000), Teatro Real(2001), La Scala(2000), NHK Hall Tokyo(2003);
Rodrigo (Don Carlo) at Covent Garden(2001); Eugene Onegin (Eugene
Onegin) at Metropolitan Opera(2003), Washington Opera(2004), Teatro
Châtelet(2003), Deutsche Oper(2003), NHK Hall Tokyo(2003);
Prince Yeletsky (The Queen of Spades) at Lucerne Festival(2000),
at Salzburg Festival(2000) (Placido Domingo as German).

sing Silvio “I Pagliacci”, Alesha “Brothers Karamazov”,
